Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are best so we can have your parts ready and get you in and out quickly, but we do our best to fit in walk-ins and same-day requests. Call the shop or book online and we'll confirm a time, usually the same day.
What makes and models do you work on?
All of them: domestic, import, hybrid and older vehicles. We service everything from a quick oil change to full diagnostics and brake work.
How does the after-hours pick-up and drop-off work?
You can leave or grab your keys any time at the front door using our secure drop box, 24 hours a day. Just let us know your vehicle and what you need, and we'll call you with a quote before starting any work.
Will you give me a quote before doing the work?
Always. We diagnose the issue, show you what we find, and confirm a firm price before any work begins. No surprises on the invoice.
Why do your prices say 'and up'?
Every car is different, so our posted prices are starting rates for every service. The final price depends on your vehicle's make, model, engine size, the parts it needs and its condition. For example, $60 is our starting price for a full-synthetic oil change, and larger engines and trucks hold more oil. We always confirm the exact price with you before any work begins.
